Kevin is a strategic and results-oriented business consultant. Having more than 30 years of management experience, 18 years in executive Human Resource roles, he has proven success developing and implementing strategies and processes to improve leadership bench strength, organizational effectiveness and business performance. His focus is on designing, leading and executing comprehensive board-level change initiatives to support business strategy.

 He has held executive Human Resource positions at Transamerica Finance Corporation, First Nationwide Mortgage Corporation, The Travelers Insurance Companies, USF&G, and Paradigm Alliance Group. In addition to financial services, he has consulted for both manufacturing and non-profit organizations.

Kevin has a Masters Degree from the University of Hartford in Organizational Behavior and an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Villanova University. He is on the Program Committee of the Human Resource Leadership Forum, a member of the National Association of Business Owners and Entrepreneurs, a member of Human Resource Strategy and People, and a certified International Mediator and trainer of Mediators.
